About This Dog for Adoption

Jenga's ideal home

Meet Jenga, a gorgeous 8 year old Pomeranian cross Husky. Jenga came into our care with Cluedo and they have a very close bond, so would love to find their forever home together. She is able to live with older primary school aged children. Jenga has not had the best start to life but she does not show this and is friendly with everyone she meets. Jenga may be a little older in age, but she is still active!!

Could you be Jenga's perfect match?

Jenga is a very sweet little lady that does need some help with confidence in some areas, but she is making great progress here at the centre. Jenga's favourite things are her best friend Cluedo, food and fusses. She is a very relaxed girl with so much love to give and will make a wonderful addition to her new home.

Loki's ideal home Loki is a bundle of joy who just can’t wait to get back into a home. He is a friendly boy with most people, but has been worried in a couple of situations so is best suited to a home where the youngest people are teenagers. Loki can potentially live with another dog too; though this would all be dependent on a successful mix at the centre prior to adoption.

Pomeranian Buying Checklist

We highly recommend every buyer reads through the below advice when purchasing or rehoming a Pomeranian.

  • View the animal in the place it was born and raised - check for genuine home environments if buying privately, or the quality of the breeders set-up if applicable.
  • If viewing a puppy under 8 weeks, by law they MUST be seen with their mum.
  • Make sure the animal's old enough to be rehomed. 8 weeks should be the earliest a puppy can be rehomed.
  • By law, all dogs MUST be microchipped
  • Review and verify any documents, such as KC registration paperwork where applicable

Avoid Potential Scams

There are a number of red flags to look out for when purchasing a new puppy:

  • Seller demands a deposit without allowing you to see the dog first - never send any money before meeting the animal in person
  • Seller is reluctant to send you additional photos or videos
  • Seller offers to deliver the dog/puppy
  • Seller asks to meet in a mutual location
  • Seller uses fake or stolen photos from the internet. Always carry out a "Google image search".
  • Seller asks to immediately switch to communication off the Pomeranian Owners website
  • Seller uses a different phone number to the one listed on the website - especially if that phone number is in one of the advert images

Although we have a number of automated systems in place to prevent scam and fraudulant adverts, these can never be 100% accurate and its important to use caution when buying online. We do not accept any responsibility for transactions between our users, especially when our safe buying advice is not followed.
