Grandpa's ideal home
Meet this handsome boy, Grandpa. Despite his name, he is not an old boy, he is a 5 year old Pomeranian X. He can live with another dog in the home, pending a successful meet at the centre and can live with sensible primary school aged children that can give him space when he wants it. Grandpa is a proper sweetheart, with so much love to give and receive. Grandpa does have some anxieties around seeing the vet, but we don't blame him, who likes going to the doctor! Due to his anxieties going to the vets, it is important that his new family helps him over come these by doing some training and desensitisation with him. Grandpa has previously been house trained, so may just need a quick reminder in his new home.
Could you be Grandpa's perfect match?
Grandpa is a wonderful boy and his carers here at the centre adore him. Again, despite his age, he has amazing dance moves and likes to show them off to his favourite people (which is most of them). Grandpa does enjoy his treats, but the meatier, the better! He hasn't shown much interest in toys at the centre, but in the home, he loved his teddies.
Grandpa does have a sore elbow, so will likely be on pain relief long term but this does not phase him in the slightest!
Grandpa will make a wonderful addition to his home!
