Rocco's ideal home
Rocco is looking for a home that he could possibly share with another well matched dog and children over the age of 10, but no cats. He is house trained and once settled in his new home could be left for around 3-4 hours, however he will likely need a couple of quiet weeks in his new home with somebody around to help him settle in. Rocco's coat requires regular trips to the groomers, something that he is used to, so this added cost will need to be considered when applying.

Rocco has found himself in our care through no fault of his own, and has found kennel life a little nerve wracking. He can be quite worried when it comes to meeting new people, but with a little patience, calm and understanding he soon comes round for fuss and cuddles, and has built some lovely bonds with his regular handlers. He has been enjoying plenty of walks and walks well on his lead exploring all the new smells the site has to offer. Rocco can lack confidence around some dogs, so will need any that he might share his home with to be small and calm so that he can build his confidence and not be put off by anybody too boisterous. He is used to travelling well in the car, so would enjoy joining his new family on any travel adventures, and already knows most of his basic training. Rocco is crate trained and will take himself to his crate to rest so his new family may wish to invest in one that may help him to feel safe and comfortable whilst he settles in.
